It is now time for young, local writers to receive the main spotlight, and POST seems to be very much aware of the idea. Growing as a bookshop at Pasar Santa, Jakarta Selatan, POST has been commonly known as one of the pioneers of indie bookstore within the city as it strives to support Indonesian writers by opening a place as a form of platform.

POST provides lines of books and novels written by various writers – mostly locals and indie – ones you cannot find at your typical, mainstream bookstores. Topping that, they also constantly hold events starting from poetry reading to writing discussion, creating a creative hub of community that supports their tagline, “Books, Gathering, and All Things Creative”. Open every weekend from 3 to 8 PM, you might want to drop by and inspire yourself with some readings.
