44 years after the release of his debut album – “Philosophy Gang” – the late Harry Roesli gets to live again among us as – with a same title – the album was re-launched by Rendi Pratama under Lamunai Records just recently. It was reissued in a form of vinyl and Was not sold to a wide range of public, but Irama Nusantara just broke the wall. To bring back Gang of Harry Roesli, the album “Philosophy Gang” has finally been reissued in a form of CD and digital format for you youths to enjoy. Irama Nusantara is also in the process of creating an original documentary for the album which is expected to launch by the end of this year.
Harry Roesli was known back in his era as a member of a famous band “Gang of Harry Roesli”. He had the word rebel strongly associated him back in the days, but that was all because of his visionary way of producing music – where people say – only he could understand where it was going. He portrayed freedom in his own way through his music. Now that “Philosophy Gang” is being relaunched, the youths get the chance to hear another side of music like never before.
