Taking inspiration from one of the most common and unexpected daily activities, MALT Studio debuted their in-house collection, MINIMALTKET. Titled the ‘Belanja Bulanan’, the vivacious collection is an graphic imagery of ordinary supermarket products, which you can generally spot during enjoyable grocery shopping trips. It illustrates the excitement of aisle exploration from childhood.
The products are limited to t-shirts, tote bag, and sticker pack with several meaty and fruity icons. These are the Froots T-Shirt and sticker pack, T-Shirt Chicken, two tote bag variants; Basket and Asoy, and the Pantura T-Shirt. You can get all variants of the tees for IDR 250.000, while tote bags are set at IDR 299.000.
Commemorating the release, they have thrown a release party on the end of this month, May 31st at Art & Science, Grand Indonesia. The party then followed by a one-month-period exhibition in the form of ‘Belanja Bulanan’ pop-up space. Consistently living up to the grocery theme, they went all out with the food and beverages during the launching event, where there were Chipslah, Sagaleh, Beervana, and Locarasa. What an indulgent, indeed.
