Approaching their third year in the Indonesia’s local fashion industry, Public Culture celebrates the big day by working together with Bali-based creative space and studio, Tantra Bali. The collaboration is embodied through an anniversary collection of several summer outfit staples with a slight combination of Balinese influence and modern pop art. Public Culture’s signature graphic t-shirts are present with some notable altered illustration graphic of Balinese dancer on one of the tee and a full floral short sleeve shirt and short pants combo.
A celebration party will also be held on October 13th at Hotel Monopoli, Kemang. Several activities have been prepared by PC, starting with Tie Dye Workshop with Deva Ayu Defrillia, Live Painting by Muklay and Mutons, Visual Mapping by Johny Grim of Tantra Bali and music performances by various local and international DJs. The event is free entry, so everyone’s invited and let’s join the festivity. The collection will be up soon, and when it does, you can access it on PC’s webstore.
