Maybe there was something odd in the solid blocks of electric pink, embroidered avians, bold graphics, and the obvious summery-ness of tropical prints. But there was also more than enough of JVSTIFY’s quirkyness to boost this collection after a quite long slumber. Those headless masks, for a start, taken from the infamous mexican wrestling “Lucha Libre”, mashed with flowers and whimsical macaw birds embroidery, combined into one, oversized varsity that looks like something which was lifted from some 80’s cartoon.
Fresh, brave, and obvious are the secret formulas of the label itself, which has been the core of JVSTIFY’s designs. This summer, JVSTIFY delivers these elements in a range of pret-a-porter amplified by the pop-colored pieces that would surely make heads turn. The idea was to capture the spirit of youth today. JVSTIFY’s message is crystal-clear,“It’s time to be bold and justified.”
Find out more about JVSTIFY tomorrow at the Brightspot Market 2013 at the Grand Indonesia West Mall 5th floor on February 14th to February 17th 2013.
