Bogor resident Martin Natadipraja, a young entrepreneur in F&B business, opens up a new restaurant in his hometown, Monarchy Bistro. The design-centric bistro was inspired by the royal concept where people can enjoy tasty food like the King and Queen. The name itself represent what they are trying to do with the customers, as being treated as royal family and having those principal. Along with those, they also present a minimalistic cocktail bar, serving pure and all natural drinks, and an equally natural space.
The interior is constructed by the creative workgroup of Fullfillisme with locally sourced oak and steel. They created all the murals, logos, chairs, to table placemat. For the ingredients itself, they are either sourced from local distributors or by the staff themselves. While creating a clean, modern space, Monarchy Bistro also a home for the raucous crowd of locals and people from out of town.
