Singapore based atelier that utilises the potential of cement and experiments, Kuin Studio recently invited all of you from across the world, including Indonesia, to see their latest project known as “The Asymmetrical Range”. This iconic geometric concrete decór returns for 2015 in the form of experimental shapes, continuing to inspire, and innovate with the latest range of pots and vases. Embodying the ethos of an adventurous soul, the range is characterised by a cutting-edge contemporary style that is influenced by futuristic, asymmetrical skyscraper buildings in urban city living, in combination with traditional handmade cement-making process, thus adding an interesting spark to your favourite living and work spaces.

According to its press release, each pot and vase, coupled with low-maintenance cactuses and air plants of the harrisii and ionantha species, maintains the signature Kuin Studio aesthetic as raw and organic textures adorn the surfaces, alongside multi-faceted silhouettes that are carefully created and cut at precision, resulting in pieces that are synonymously one-of-a-kind and would grow with and on you over time. “The Asymmetrical Range” by Kuin Studio kicks start with the white purist series which is comes in varieties, such as Arel Pot, Galur-S Pot, Galur-L Pot, Lega Pot, and Rarer Vase. Each of these pots is handmade and features sculptured concrete planter with slanted design, broad surface area, or triangular shape.

As you might guess by now, every concrete planter will be unique, individually casted, and exclusively designed by Kuin Studio. Therefore, there will be a slight difference in appearances. Along with those fact, each air plant is also unique, so nothing will look exactly the same. They will ensure that the selection of plants for each concrete planter is of the highest quality. Life span of each plant varies accordingly. For those of you who are willing to collect these planter, they strongly recommend to meet-up.
