When it comes to denim, washing less is a good thing. It can extend the life and improve the look of your favorite jeans. More importantly, it saves water. Just hours ago, the American clothing company Levi’s® and its official distributor in Indonesia announced a milestone they are really proud to share and it is related to something that we mentioned above. Yes they have saved one billion liters of water since 2011 through our WaterLevi’s® Indonesia and its head company recently created the “Are You Ready to Come Clean” quiz in order to help consumers better understand their environmental impact. By sharing some basic information about your washing and drying habits, you can find out how much water and energy you use compared to average consumers in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherland, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and of course Indonesia. After taking the quiz, they hope you will click their #WashLessPledge and commit to washing your jeans less often or not at all!
