It grow to 30% per year and Greenfields Indonesia has controlled about 40% of the market size of 250 grams of mozzarella cheese in modern retail. Besides supplying the domestic market, over 50% of its finished products are sold in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and other countries in the region.
