The Trademark Team has successfully held the recent Taste Market 3 last weekend on 8th to 10th May 2015 at Trans Studio Mall in the city of Bandung. Festival that combines culinary, creative art, home living, and unique hobbies were successfully followed by more than 120 tenants and managed to bring in about 63.000 visitors during the three days of its implementation. In addition, there are also celebrity food-tenants who participated as Baim Wong with his The Johnny Wong’s Butter, Meisya Siregar with her Rendang Nan Bone, Tommy Kurniawan with his Ice Cut, and last but not least Thomas Djorghi with his traditional cuisine inspired product Pempek Tanliz. During the three days event, many products from the tenants were sold out and must immediately restock in just a few hours. The type of food and drinks were also very diverse, ranging from heavy food, dessert, snack, up to tea, coffee, and a health drink. It certainly gave a lot of choices for visitors to enjoy a variety of culinary offerings at Taste Market 3. The appearance of stand-up comedian Mo Sidik and Parahyena band at booth Go Ahead People were also very interesting. While in the booth #UntukAlam, Teh Kotak presented two popular items with Summer Breeze and Sunset Beach.

Saira Nisar who is the Director and Founder of Taste Market further explained, “The number of visitors reached more than 63.000 people during the three days of is implementation. It is beyond the target that was set by the team. We are very grateful that this event still on top of people’s mind. It certainly will be a trigger for us, the Taste Market team to create a similar event with much better concept in the future.” If you visit social media Instagram, there are about 5.351 photos were uploaded by users using the hashtag #TASTEMARKET. This proved that visitors were very enthusiastic to uploaded pictures of their favorite foods and drinks that were available throughout the event. Furthermore, during the Taste Market 3, they were also working with Indonesia Diet Kantong Plastik to support the positive movement of reducing the use of plastic bags in Indonesia. During the event, they invited visitors to visit Indonesia Diet Kantong Plastik booth and filled in the petition.

They also cooperated with DORK Indonesia, a local bag, to produce transparent tote bag that are specifically designed as the merchandise for Taste Market 3. The presence of ten invited food bloggers that are based Bandung for Taste Market 3 also gave a different color for this event. They were given special access to sample the food or drinks that were available throughout the event. Along with those, they also created some reviews through their Instagram account. Their digital activities simply help the Trademark team and Taste Market 3.
