Friday, September 29th marked the grand opening of Makna Creative Lab new headquarter in Kuningan City Ground Floor. Previously located in Southbox, the new headquarter is bigger and cozier, drawing heavy inspiration from the industrial theme.
Makna also opens a coffee joint named Makna Coffee as an addition to their business line just right outside the work space. People can sip their beverages while looking at the guys from Makna doing their work; another unique impression they offer.
The event was by invitation only, making it very close and intimate. A number of respected neighbours who came were Maika Collective, Dekraft, Satu Collective, Pon Your Tone, Harris Syn, Cahgro and Gevaldi from Instameet Indonesia, Bam Mastro, Agung Hapsah, Darahkubiru member Bhisma Diandra, and many more. The guests were welcomed to have a little office tour where they could take a closer look at the clean, minimalist work space. They also received tees and tote bags which were manually printed on the spot as a thank you gift.
It’s been four years since Makna Creative Lab since they were founded in October 2013. Now that they have become well-established, we hope we can see them as the new benchmark for the local creative industry. Happy hustling, Makna!
