After occupying Steam Early Access for nearly nine months, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has finally emerged and launched the version 1.0 for PC. It was a day that all players have been looking forward to, considering the update guarantees heaps of optimizations and stability enhancements yielding a much better gaming experience. The update will also introduce a brand new desert map called Miramar.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is one of the most popular multiplayer online battle royale games developed and published by Korean publisher Bluehole. The game pits one hundred players against each other where they have to kill each other and the last person standing wins. The player had to find weapons, loot supplies, kill everyone in sight and avoid danger areas. By the end of 2017, the Steam version had sold over twenty four million copies, making it the most played game on the platform.
