One of the world’s big four of Thrash Metal band Slayer is set to embark on one final world tour. Formed around four decades ago and spawning twelve albums, the band which consisted of Tom Araya, Kerry King, Paul Bostaph and Gary Holt decided to hit the road for one last time before deciding to finally kick the bucket. The tour will also be galvanized by fellow distinguished metal act Lamb of God, Anthrax, Testament and Behemoth.
The announcement came in a 30-second video the band dropped on January 22nd which you can see below. It features live clips and posters throughout their career, also stating that “the end of days is near” and “North American tour dates coming”.
