Bandung 70s psychedelic rock unit Sigmun drops their newest song. Titled ‘Behelit’, the track and even the artwork draw heavy inspiration from Japanese manga Berserk. To further praise the 28-years-old dark fantasy manga, the band intentionally released it on January 31st where the blood moon eclipse occurred, stressed it as “a track for your Blood Moon-viewing pleasures”.

Named after the world renown psychologist Sigmund Freud, Sigmun was born in 2011 consisting of Haikal Azizi, Nurachman Andika, Mirfak Prabowo and Pratama Kusuma Putra. They rose to prominence when they filled the soundtrack for one of Indonesian’s notorious action movies The Raid and 2014 indie horror game DreadOut. Their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Crimson Eyes’ was released in 2015 under the umbrella of Orange Cliff Record, confirming Sigmun’s position as one of the most promising names in the local indie music scene.
