After released around a week ago, the first Metal Gear game since Hideo Kojima — the creator of the series left Konami has already deemed a failure as it made only a slight impact. The zombie survival game Metal Gear Survive isn’t selling well and it only placed at 6th of UK sales chart. It only sold 85 percent physical copies compared to the other spin-off Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance initially released in 2013. Furthermore, only a few people are playing it on PC as the game sits on the 65th place on Steam’s sales chart.

Metal Gear Survive puts the player as the soldier that was accidentally taken to an alternate universe where hordes of zombies take control. You have to survive the ordeal by crafting, hunting for food and resources as well as fending off the relentless attack by the mindless walking dead. So far, Metal Gear Survive has received a very terrible review, one of which you can watch below.
