Microsoft is confirmed to enhance one of their most used and popular products, operating system Windows 10. Speaking at Internationale Funkausstellung (IFA) 2018, October 10th is claimed to be the release date of Windows 10 version 1809. Through multiple sources, it is reported Microsoft will add several new and useful features to the OS. These include a new screenshot utility, update on their in built-in browser Microsoft Edge, dark theme for File Explorer, availability of SwiftKey, major update on Skype, and the change of Windows Defender to Windows Security, to name some of them.

The update list goes on as many fundamental capabilities are going to be updated, which include mobile broadband improvement, HDR setup, diagnostic data viewer, and power usage details in Task Manager. Development is expected to finish in the end of September and followed by distribution to users.
