NHBL - Tulisan Launched S/S 2016 Collection: The Sound of the Dawn

Tulisan, a brand established and developed by local artist Melissa Sunjaya, has just recently launched their Spring/Summer 2016 Collection: The Sound of the Dawn that provides a colorful storytelling through handcrafted products made with love in small batches. Started as a home-based art studio in Jakarta, Tulisan has expanded as a team of passionate artists from all over the country who are determined to convey a different perspective on Jakarta and to present honest creations from the heart of its people.

Within their S/S 2016 Collection: Sound of the Dawn, lies the Print Edition. This is where Tulisan combines earthy tones and vibrant palettes and presents textile work of the New East Indies. In this series, Tulisan introduces derivatives of ‘Terbit’, ‘Embun’, ‘Pete’ and ‘Orkestra’ that are represented in the form of Weekend and Tote Bags.
