Focusing on artisan-made leather goods, Yasei is a collaboration between a leather artisan and a pyrograph craftsperson. Born in 2017, the brand offers selections of the finest grade of vegetable tanned leather, which then traditionally hand-crafted and applied with pyrography technique, where the leather is engraved with a heated object such as a soldering iron to produce extraordinary details.
Comprise of wallets, lanyards, card wallets, key chains and key holders. All made with 3 mm thick leather from local renowned tannery equipped with solid brass hardware. To add the ferocity, the design revolves around feral animals such as Tiger, Panther, Vulture as well as Japanese heritage visual including Koi fish, Kappa and Samurai.
