The yearly mixtape to celebrate Valentine’s Day once again released by Crème Musik. Attentively curated by Satriya Gurnitha—the man behind Maika Collective, the Valentine Mixtape volume 4 serves as a catharsis for all the emotions and stories he wants to convey, yielding a unique yet very personal experience. The mood of the individual compilation is also exalted by the cover art crafted by Maika’s creative team, this time portraying a blossoming floret amidst the bleak darkness.

“I am into nature and I am attracted to the beauty of flowers and the various colors spring gives us. The inspiration came to me when I feel grateful for seeing these magnificent sights.” Satriya shared.

Shifting from the love story gone awry in its predecessor, Valentine Mixtape volume 4 leans more towards a form of Satriya’s appreciation of the beauty of mother nature and all of its landscapes. While still maintaining the adequately gloomy atmosphere, the mixtape also radiates a more sense of complacent, contrasting with last year’s hint of cosmic vibe. Opened by the enchanting piano tunes from Banda Neira and harmoniously concluded with a hypnotizing jazz swing by Chet Baker, it will surely take you on a journey filled with emotions. Just close your eyes and enjoy the serene composition or go listen together with your loved ones for a more intimate occasion.

The setlist is as follows:
1. Banda Neira feat. Gardika Gigih – Sampai Jadi Debu (live)
2. DNE – Meeting Points at 2AM
3. Patrick Watson – Man Like you (live)
4. Bon Iver – Holocene
