HARRIS Hotels, under the banner of Tauzia Hotel Management introduced its new signature menu and concept earlier this month, following their well-known healthy lifestyle campaign. It’s their answer to the increasing demand of flavorful experience across HARRIS Hotels network, keeping their customer’s favorites in mind. The new balanced menu consists of International favorites such as the renowned spicy Pasta Arrabiata and savory Fish Sandwich; also includes some classic local favorites, namely Sup Buntut (Oxtail Soup) and Ayam Panggang Bumbu Kuning (Grilled Chicken with Yellow Seasoning) which cooked with the great quality and fresh ingredients. For dessert, a modern twist ‘Dadar Gulung’ with banana compote filling is exceptionally delightful and perfect for coffee or tea time.
A lifestyle and food influencers gathering #harrisgoodiefoodie17 was organized in the newly renovated HARRIS Cafe in HARRIS Hotel and Conventions Kelapa Gading in conjunction with the launching, attended by 25 Jakarta-based bloggers. Formulated in a cozy ‘Back to the Kitchen’ concept, the bloggers participated in lively blind food tasting game as well as first hand preparation of food plating and styling with HARRIS Hotels’ very own Executive Chefs.
