A collective space based in Bandung Normal-Form with design and local creative agency House The House invite you to come and experience some of U&KL inspiring products at their warehouse with this first Home Session event. Main reason of why they tried to start Home Session was the feeling of ease, openness, classlessness, and deep-seated concerns to value out surrounding through simple things, like small gathering and music.
Home Session is a space that allows you to view aspects from a rather intimate scale, or sometimes might just be a weekend day visit to someone’s places, someone’s house, someone’s backyards, with cameras, keyboards, drums, or few records, that could be bringing us up to some nice conversations and pleasure.
The first edition of Home Session will take place in the lovely head quarter of UNKL347. Formerly a local military depot for ammunition storage, later in 2004 the place transformed to be an adaptive reuse warehouse, functions for the commons and services’ offices for the company. UNKL347 design studio, gallery, workshop and storehouse are housed within each building around the warehouse complex, with the private and public zones efficiently shared among the different part of the site.
On top of that, they will be also hosting a furniture exhibition from at least 10 Bandung young designers curated by the furniture division of UNKL347 known as U&KL that will be launching their newest line-up as well, together at the same day. Good day Saturday, they hope it will be a bright day all day, since the session would definitely be a jam-packed beautiful hours with evening sets from Dxxxt, Egga, Rekti from Bhang Records, Bergas and live performance by Whiskey and Wine.
