Male actor and the author of the local comic hero, Volt, Marcelino Lefrandt recently at Popcon Asia 2014 revealed his desire to make a live action format or widescreen version of his popular comic book character. As he mentioned, the film will be produced under Skylar Picture with himself being a screenwriter and executive producer. For those who do not know, Volt is superhero with electric force, quite similar to Gundala Putra Petir. Along with this good news, Skylar Picture also appointed two senior actor Tio Pakusadewo and Surya Saputra to be main cast while a few other names will be mention in the future. Volt the movie will begin filming by next year.
