Through its new website, the Bandung-based brand UNKL347 recently shared their behind the scenes work of limited watches that they created with another label named MATOA. Known for its eco-friendly products, they utilized wood waste into a perfectly minimalist, sleek and, well, timeless timepieces. The photos takes in the inspiring sights of the worker, as they showed where the magic actually happens in the factory. In addition, the limited watches is also filled with Japan-made mechanism inside and CNC machines that were used for the straps and the frames. All assembled by hand by their local workers. Interestingly, the end result of this product is also stick to their Indonesian roots by using islands names like Sumba, Rote, Flores, Gili, and Moyo for their product names.
