After receiving a lot of praise through various news outlets, both outside and within the country, the internationally world known director from Indonesia known as Garin Nugroho finally shared the official trailer for his upcoming film called “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta”. Uploaded through the official YouTube channel of Multivision Plus, this film tells the story of two central characters and lovers, Yulia and Rumi (played by Chicco Jerikho and Pevita Pearce) through their journey of love in three different eras, from the 1970s until the 1990s. The romantic-comedy drama film also portray their childhood to adulthood with a little bit of humor, chaos, and romance that you would typically see during the new regime. Furthermore, the process of the filming was done in Yogyakarta and the film will be released on November 5th 2015. “Aach…Aku Jatuh Cinta” is the first romantic drama movie directed by Garin Nugroho within the last twenty-five years and is the only Indonesian film to be available at the Busan International Film Festival 2015. It is his sixth film to be selected at Busan International Film Festival and produced by Multivision Plus. The festival is currently entering its 20th year and has become the benchmark for filmmakers in the Asian region.
