In 1995, Antwerp entrepreneur Philippe Delaisse decided to bring back a container of furniture and interior accessories from his holidays in Indonesia, in order to sell them at home. Long time friend Benoit Loos heard about it and joined forced with Philippe. Together, they started to import one container every few months. After just one year, they had clients waiting at the Antwerp docks, numbered ticket in hand, to buy that one special item they coveted. The partners very quickly decided that they wanted to design and manufacture their own furniture, and set up their first production site in Indonesia. Today, the international brand known as Ethnicraft is considered an international trendsetter with a huge impact on the market worldwide. In addition to their head office in Boom, they also have offices near Marseille, in Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. They offer branded furniture, including sofas. Their range of sofas has just expanded with these new beautiful leather seaters for the month of August and September 2015. Most of products are made from hand-dyed aniline cow leather, have a strong and elegant design that will complement any wooden furniture particularly well. Furthermore, the uncorrected, rustic, and robust premium leather offers a warm authentic feel and touch. This leather will wear in, not out, ageing beautifully with time. Consistently in style, leather is also easy to clean and maintain.
