The popular singer-songwriter Tulus and pop group band consist of Rayi, Asta, and Nino known as RAN just few hours ago released the results of their collaboration through their official YouTube channel, which is a song called “Para Pemenang”. This collaboration is also part of the current campaign by Listerine Indonesia dubbed as “Tantangan 21 Hari Listerine – Menuju Kemenangan”. Together, Tulus and RAN created a song that tells a story of the contest participants being proud after following the twenty-one days challenge of using Listerine mouthwash twice a day. According to Tulus, “We are told by Listerine Indonesia what kind of message should be delivered. From there we got the rough ideas and translated it into a lyrics or song. Since this is the second collaboration between RAN and me, I think its been a pleasure and more comfortable. By doing so, the creative process got even better, all the members shared their ideas or opinions without having any barrier. There is also no obstacle in the making. The creative process is much more easier, but perhaps, the hardest part of it all is the music arrangement. After all, everything is great!”
The music arrangement is considered difficult because they must incorporate with the voices submitted by the winners of Listerine Indonesia twenty-one days challenge participants and then made it into a song. Furthermore the members of RAN explained, “Because somehow, we have to make all of the sounds that were submitted through the videos by participants of twenty-one days challenge challenges incorporated into the song. Therefore, we ask the winners to create a similar tone to sounds through their voices.” In addition, Listerine Indonesia received about 6.500 videos sent by participants. Through a long process, four winners were selected and won a vacation to Lombok with the pop group music RAN and singer-songwriter Tulus. Over there, they will create the official music video for “Para Pemenang”. However, the official management of RAN still unclear about whether the song will be incorporated into an album or being used as a single.
